This is the website of Rick and Kelly Galloway. We were married on June 4, 1988. We both grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina in the town on Canton. We moved to Georgia in 1992 where we lived in a condo in Marietta, GA. until 1996 when we bought our first house in Acworth, GA.
In 1998 we decided to move back out into the country. We bought land in Ellijay GA near Carters Lake and began to build a log cabin in the mountains. We did most of building of the cabin ourselves. It was a lot of work but the sense of accomplishment was worth the effort.
I am The Manager of Field Operations for Maurice Sporting Goods. We sell fishing tackle and hunting “mostly” to major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Kmart, and many other retailers.
Kelly is an Accounting Manger currently looking for employement.
I have a daughter name Amanda. She is married to Joe Hudson and they live in Columbia SC. Amana and Joe have two children. Brady who was born in January 2010 and Finley who was born in October of 2012. You can see their blog which is linked from my site.
We currently have two dogs and four cat (with a cathouse). We still also cherish the memory of our sweet Dominique who past away in 2014 at the age of sixteen.
