In 1998 we build our log cabin in the mountains of North Georgia in the town of Ellijay. The peace and quite of being out in the woods is wonderful. In 2014 I had an opportunity for a promotion with the stipulation of moving into our McDonough office. The opportunity was too good to pass on so we moved south. We were able to keep our log home and now rent it for vacation rentals.
We are very much enjoying the new area on Peeksville Road in Locust Grove in the McKibben Place subdivision. We have some great neighbors and are enjoying easy access to dining and shopping. In Ellijay that was a twenty mile run to the store.
